XL Foods beef recall expands yet again

This article talks about the list of beef products from an Alberta processing plant be recalled due to possible E.coli contamination has grown and will continue to grow.  1500 items have already been recalled and a dozen were added recently.  This number can definitely increase as trace products from the plant to secondary and tertiary distributors.  XL foods plants is currently shutdown, and will not be reopened until there is 100 percent no harm to humans.  There are four known cases of E.coli in Alberta and around 13 known around Canada.  It is said that XL foods did not follow some safety procedures, this being the main cause for the E.coli and people getting sick.

Reading an article like this actually makes me very mad, this is because people simply didn't care enough about there business and there product and it mad people in very serious and dangerous positions because of it.  This is causing many people to worry about buying meets, causing people to take much more precaution when buying or making there own foods. I personally hope XL foods gets shut down permanently,  there should never be allowed a company that puts people at risk when selling a product.  There may only be 13 known causes but this can and may start to explode, there should never be people getting sick because of people not being carefuller when having a business that can affect other people.
